Project 4: Full Moon Rising Necklace
A weekend trip to visit Mum and Dad led to a spur-of-the-moment beading project. My mother is a bit of a beading maven and never travels without a bag of beading bells and whistles. I took full advantage and created this 35 inch necklace featuring a superb Picasso jasper pendant, black Swarovski crystals, jet glass beads, labradorite, Bali silver spacers and caps, and shark gray-green matte glass. It reminds me of the full moon, and I love wearing it.
In other project news, I began painting my octopus headboard piece, so look for an update on that soon.
Happy Memorial Day weekend!
